On December 11, 2022, the Aquaculture Student Association of the Department of Aquaculture, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Mulawarman University, conducted a Village Development (Bina Desa) activity. This event took place at the “Anugerah Bersama” fish farming group in Lok Bahu Village, Sungai Kunjang District, Samarinda City.

The activity, themed “Catfish Cultivation Training,” involved the Fish Nutrition Laboratory in providing material on fish feed production. The presentation was followed by a practical session on feed making, guided by several students who were conducting research at the Fish Nutrition Laboratory.

It is hoped that this activity will be beneficial for both the students and the fish farming community.
